call of duty patch problem

  1. jools182 Newcomer, in training

    I have been trying to update Call of Duty 2 with the latest patches and i keep getting the same error message
    'Setup could noy locate a valid call of duty cd key'
    It then asks me to re-enter it through the multiplayer options which i do, but it still doesn't work
    Any ideas?
    p.s. I probably need this spelling out to me as I am not that computer literate!
