Can I get new video card for dual monitors with 180W power supply?

Problem: I have a dimension 4500s, it's a slim case design, with a compact 180W power supply. I got a new dell 2001fp monitor a few months ago, and the picture is great, but i'd like to get a video card with dvi to make it better and especially to run dual monitors. Most new video cards recommnd 300W power supply. I'm wondering how much that matters, and if there is a (PCI only) card out there that will do what i want with my power limitations. I don't generally play a lot of games, so i don't really need powerful card, just a reliable dual monitor support with dvi.
