Can not return desk to win 7 but did successfully return lap top dest top is not operable - need he

Apparently no help from microsoft have inoperable desktop

Installed win 10 on lenovo desk top and lenovo lap top. decided to go back to win7 for both. Ssuccessfully (I think_) got lap top back to win7 but not desktop which is now inoperable. Need help thanks

From the sounds of it . It did not return t to win 7. You may need to use your recovery Partition in the laptop. To do a reinstall of win7

It is possible the recovery partition maybe corrupt. If so you will need the original install disk. Or a copy of win 7
