Can Send But Can Not Receive Email

Why can't I receive email from one day to the next with ms outlook.
I have not changed any configuration, nor has the server changed anything since I am able to receive if I configure my email account on another computer?
What can I do?

it could be a number of things...

bit of troubleshooting advice: try checking for any updates/changes, internet/network connection - isp side or yours, firewall settings, and for the sake of it (it happens) retype your password and recheck that the POP3/IMAP/... settings are correct etc....

What antivirus are you running there are some out there that are famous for chaning some of your email settings for you. Especially if you have Norton or McAfee running on your machine go into your email settings and make sure that you incoming mail server is still set to what it should be to pick up your email and not 127.0.0.1.
