Can somebody help me fill in my PC specs in my profile ?

I want to list my Computer's Specs in my profile here at TechSpot, but I don't know what each thing is. I found my computers specs but I don't know what some things are like my motherboard, hard drive, sound card etc.

Can somebody tell me what each thing is ? Sorry Im a noob.

Looks like you`ve got most of your system specs already except for the mobo.
