i just bought a dell inspiron 1100 off of my friend and it was working for the first five or ten minutes that i had it and then it crashed now when i turn it on it asks me for an HDD Password and i cant prove to dell that i am the owner since i bought it off of the original owner. Does anyone know how to unlock the Hdd without me having to call technical support?
