can`t send windows xp error reporting to microsoft

Im trying to send error log to microsoft after a programe keeps stopping but it says no internet found but i am on aol at the time. Any help would be appreciated . the programe that keeps stopping is pinnacle studio 9

Rt click 'my computer' - properties - advanced - 'error reporting' - enable - O.K - O.K. See if that fixes it.

mine also does that with any program. it stops in the middle and gives up. It just might be dell's way of saying: your computer is 4 years old. plz proceed to throw it out ;3
