Your hjt log doesn't look too bad but you have no firewall active!!!! You should activate windows firewall or download a firewall program!!!!

i checked and windows firewall is on. one of the problems is the computer has 50 some processes and it moves so slow.
any suggestions on wut to do. ive already been throught the trojan removal process

First, move the HiJackThis file to C:\Program Files\HiJackThis (create it if you don't have a folder for it)

Rename the hijackthis.exe program to another name like HiJackThis1991.exe or a different name then post a new log. Some malware hides itself from the original name.

You might as well download a good firewall now, since windows only protects you from half the threat. Download Kerio Personal Firewall or ZoneAlarm Free

In addition to the advice given by N3051M, it appears you`re friend is running more than one antivirus programme. This is not recommended, will slow the system down and can cause conflicts.

You should uninstall one of them. Personally I recommend your friend keeps AVG and get rid of McAfee.

Post a fresh HJT log as well as an AVG Antispyware log.
