Can the LEDs in Thermaltake Butterfly 480 PSU be disabled?
I am handy with a wirecutter and a soldering iron.
Thinking of getting one, but I dont like those LEDs.
Not many other PSUs available in my area.
    Thx.

No, i dont think you can disable the PSU led, but i think you can desolder the led, but keep looking at old post about that, thanks!

    Hello RBS.

You could of course just put the coverplate back on.

The coverplate covers only part of one SIDE of the PSU. The intake/outlet for the fans are still open to distribute their Xmas-lights.

In that case it looks like your wire cutters and soldering iron are going to be in use lol

    Regards Howard :) :)
