Cannot access Facebook from IE 11

This type of error been on the web for a long time and don't have a fixed solution. I'm having the same issue with one of the desktop (No Chrome), all other website works except for https://ww.facebook.com

Tried what most people will suggest
-> There is no additional line after 127.0.0.0 in the host file
-> Check IE settings, cleared and reset everything
-> No proxy ticks, no restricted or blocked.
-> Disabled IPV6, flushdns.

I think I'll just reformat the machine

If you're trying to use the "EXACT" link you posted, it is incorrect. Try this https://www.facebook.com your link has ww not www & I doubt it matters but....

Most browsers are now FIRST attempting HTTPS and if that fails, falling back to HTTP
