I am having a problem where a new connection cannot be made.
When new connection wizard is started, and you are the screen "how do you want to connect to the internet?" options for connect using a dial up modem and connect using a broadband connection that requires username and password is greyed out.
I have followed the following microsoft helpguide

After everything is done in that guide, the Remote Access Conection Manager still does not start, and cannot be started manually.
