We probably cannot help you based on the explanation you gave... which really indicates you would benefit from an indepth look at the install guide and user guide of your equipment... There are several aspects that have to be handled exactly right, so wait until you are no longer frustrated (we have all been there) then go back through things step by step... including My Network Places discussions on your computer, and online.
