Cannot create new folder on Windows 10 Pro

Hi
I am having an issue within a small office. It has one server, which is the domain controller running Windows Server 2012 r2 Essentials. It is also the file server. The client laptops all run Windows 10 pro and everything was working fine until this past month when one by one, all client computers were unable to create a new folder on the share to the file server. It would hang for a minute then give an error

An unexpected error is keeping you from renaming the folder. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem.
Error 0X8007003B: An unexpected network error occured.

It created a new folder named New folder. Then when I try to create a new folder again it will create the folder. After 5 minutes, when I go and try to create a new folder again explorer hangs and then gives me the same error.
I was wondering if anyone experienced this and has a fix for it.

Thanks
