Since i am using windows XP, thought this is the right place to keep my problem.

"CANNOT DELETE FILE.....THE DIRECTORY IS NOT EMPTY"
i encounter this message whenever i try to delete some folders containing downloaded html pages from my flash drive.

the folder has corrupted files... i encountered this problem myself and i didnt find another way to get rid of it except by formatting the pen drive.

for corrupted files go start/run and type in cmd, when the black box comes up type in "sfc scannow" this will scann for missing or corrupted files and try to repair them.

do you have view hidden and system files enabled in windows explorer? there might be files in the folder that aren't shown otherwise.
