cannot open homepage

When I open internet explorer it opens to a blue blank page address:
http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx. I have set my homepage to virginmedia in internet tools but still keep getting the above address first,then I have to type in my homepage. Can anyone help please.

Its ok I have worked it out it was to do with my firewall
