hi,I'm trying to help one of my friend who quarantaine a file thats probably from windows xp pro , the booting process won't make it to the desk. If i try to get to the safe boot screen , the arrows won't move ,so,I can't even get to chose safe boot.
It only does normal boot.I Can not type msconfig and change the type of boot.
anybody that as a piece of advice for me would help ,cause, I'm running out of options!!
