Cannot Start Computer Because of an Error

  1. Hi, I inserted a maths revision disc and my computer suddenly turned off, i tried it on last know configuration, safe mode, start windows normal and nothing worked, i then went on a forum and it told me to press f8 and to click on disable automatic windows start ( i think )

    i clicked on it and blue screen and this error code come up :

    0x00000024 (0x00190203,0x863598c0,0xc0000102,0x00000000)


    i dont know how to get rid of it and i need help fast.

    my computer is a EI systems 5030 and is 5-6 years old, i have windows xp software and need urgent assistance,

    any ideas what it could be ?
