i got xp professional and i was trying to set up vpn. I had it working but through ssh sentinel trial version. Then i un installed it and created IPSec policy in policy manager but when i try to assign it, i get following error under "IP security policy Management"

The following error occured when saving IP Security Data:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or it because it has no enabled devices associated with it.
