Can't do Windows Update

Hey there.

So I haven't been able to install windows updates for awhile now. It doesn't matter what I try, my computer simply won't allow me to do it. I know this isn't that much information, but I will gladly answer any and all questions to those of you that can help me. I am on Win7, btw.

This mostly occurs when the system is affected with malware or if the system files are corrupted. If the OS is genuine, then you can try these options.

First, try these troubleshooting steps mentioned here, here and here[MS Fix It].

Then, install Malwarebytes latest and AdwCleaner v4.107 and check if any malware detected and clean it.
