Can't get into user and password in control panel in win2k

Hi,

The other day I went in to user and password in my control panel and changed my group to power user and click on the box that said user and password automatic login.

Now im trying to change the group to administration so I can install a program but I can't get into my user and password section.

I set my pc as Default with no password.

anybody know how to get around this?

I tried changing the registry but in power user it won't let u

I think you need to login as Administrator with the password you set up when you installed windows.

Hold down the Shift key and right-click the icon to see the context menu that Screen 1 shows. Select Run As to bring up the Run As Other User screen, where you can enter a different username, password. Should come up automatically as administrator. Dont enter a password and hit OK.
