Can't install Lexmark X5470 printer

Help, everytime I get to this part in the installation it won't let me continue. I was able to install it via add printer, but my computer kept telling me there was new hardware and it was the printer. It connects via usb and both ports ar eok and so is the cord. I bought this printer yesterday so help would be appreciated!

Sometimes it takes a little while for the process to find the device and to complete the connection.
Also, check in the printers folder to see if the printer has in fact been installed.
If nothing, try installing the printer on another machine - if you get the same the printer is faulty.
Wouldn't be the first time!

hmm I only have one computer, and the printer isn't even installed. If I install it through add printer, it will install but everytime i turn on the computer it always says found new hard ware
