Can't Left Click Anything

Okay, this just started happening a few minutes ago, I was in Photoshop and all of a sudden I wasn't able to left click any of my windows. I figured my computer had just frozen or something so I restarted. No luck, and AdAware started alerting me to a bunch of registry edits which I of course blocked. Now I still can't left click anything and all my shortcuts turned into default .lnk files. I'm still able to actually open programs and run them by using tab, space bar, and the arrow keys to navigate windows. I'm not sure what's going on, AVG, Spyboy Search and Destroy, Lavasoft Adaware, and Registry Mechanic aren't finding any issues.

What kind of mouse are you using?
This is one of the flaws in some brands of wireless mouse/wireless keyboard combinations.
Also, can be caused by a dirty socket, whether USB or PS/2

You may simply need another mouse.
