I couldn't find this info anywhere, so I figured it out myself.
Go to the directory of whatever program and locate INSTALL.LOG , and UNWISE.EXE (or unwise32.exe) somewhere in it. For ease, copy the install.log file to root C:\INSTALL.LOG
Make a shortcut of UNWISE.EXE and add onto the target start parameters
"C:/PROGRA~1/CRAP/WINDOWBLINDS/UNWISE.EXE" c:\install.log
All unwise needs is a pointer to where the file is. I tried this in the registry and it didn't work.. windows bug i assume.
