I'm using HP LaserJet 1020 printer and it has this double sided printing function that it prints out the even pages first then you put the entire pile back into the tray without rearranging it and it print out the odd pages for you.

It used to work perfectly until I got this malware cleanup done.

Now it just go single sided even when I choose double sided.
I've tried reinstalling the driver but no luck
it works with my other computer though

How can I fix it without reinstalling / repair installing win 7?

One more time;
  1. uninstall the printer
  2. REBOOT to release all the active files
  3. now reinstall the printer from the CD

Should work, be sure to get one that matches your model.
still not working
the driver is correct, it and print single sided, but not double

I choose print on both sides, then the prompting with the instructions pops up, the continue button is shaded, can't click on it, printer starts printing the WHOLE document, instead of the even pages only, prompting disappears after printing.

Hmm; I've never seen a case where a full reinstall did not correct the feature support.
