Can't see my IBM-DJSA-210 USB Device

When I plug in the mobile storage it appears in the lower right portion of my screen but It does not appear under My Computer and I can nor access it.

I can see it under Device Manager-Disk Drives (Properties tells me it's O-K). However, when I go to Disk Managerment it is "Not-Initialized" and I get an error when I try to initialize it.

I have tried to update the driver but my system tells me there is not better driver for it.

Any suggestions on what to try next?

Please try assign a driver letter.

Assigning Drive Letter

When I try the computer tell's me to initialize the drive. When I try to initialize it fails.
