Cant stop cid pop ups

hii.
i have been reading other forums and threads on the topic and the solutions given do not work for me. i cant find cid in add or remove programs and i have done a full search in safe mode with anti spyware software "spyware terminator" but only bad cookies show up, they return even if i delete them or immunize against them. some of the pop ups dont have the name cid on the although most of them do.
it is really annoying because they pop up every few minute.

please any help will be greatly appreciated.
