Can't update or remove Silverlight

  1. Apparently I am missing the .msi file for the silverlight application and from what I am seeing the fix is to un-install and re-install. I am running on Windows 7 and apparently there is no Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. Apparently Microsoft removed it because it was causing more damage then it was fixing. Does anyone know of a good alternative program to the cleanup utility or how to fix this problem another way? I really don't want to mess with the registry on my own. I don't think that's a good idea at all. I don't know enough about it to go poking around.

    Thanks in advance!

Thanks, I ended up manually removing it. I found an article on the web that told me exactly which key it was that needed deleting.
