Captue card question

ok i just bought a capture card (ati tv wonder pro) i cant seem to get a picture, i ran a pc check from the ati mulitimedia center and it said "capture driver is not loaded nor enumerated by the device, when i installed the card it installed fine then came to installing video controller and failed not sure why, i can see the card in device manger and says its working fine, then under device manager there is an exclamation mark beside video conrooler and says the driver and not loaded,any help much appreciated.
