Hi, I'm a new member and I have a pressing question.
Okay so I have a CD Burner that is about 3 or 4 years old and the make is a Philips CDRW 800 Series and when burning was possible, I used Easy CD Creator to create my CDs. For over 6 months now, the E: Philips CDRW Drive does not open or respond when the eject button is pushed and in the My Computer section, an E drive is not even recognized or represented. I am used to the CD burner not responding, but it used to come back after a couple of weeks.
Does anyone know the problem? Is it time for a new CD Burner?
