Here's the dilema. I'm installing a brand new DVD burner and I wanted to change the color of the faceplate. When I pulled out the front tray plate before I installed it into the computer I think I did something wrong and now it won't let me push it all the way in (it sticks out just a little bit and I can hold it down but it won't stay down). I installed the DVD player to see if it would go in when I tried to open it but it's stuck =( What should I do to make it unstuck? Right now it's open and it's going back and forth like 1/2 inch. And when I try to force it closed it makes a clicking noise. And I can't open it using the open button on the front. HELP!!!
