Changing Regional Settings??

  1. Hello i have a problem here... I Want to visit a webpage but it only accpets USA Residents... Now how it detected that??? I Mean i purchased my PC In internet and its from mexico, isnt there a way to change it so it appears like if its from somewhere in USA??
    THANKS!!!
    I already went to control panel/Regional Settings and changes as much as i was able but it still wont work...

    The website will probably know your location from your IP address.

    I don`t think there`s much you can do about it. It`s definitely not a regional settings issue.

    You could use a proxy server, but I have no idea whether that's legal or not and I'm not going to post a link.

    It depends how you use it, i dont think its illegal. some people do it for security reasons...
