changing wallpaper

  1. how can I prohibit changing wallpaper in guest account in WindowsXP using gpedit.msc.

    You can set permissions on the relevant registry key.. Dunno how and if it can be done with gpedit..

    In gpedit.msc go to:
    User Configuration--> Administrative Templates--> Control Panel--> Display

    In there you will find the setting "Prevent changing wallpaper".
