Charger Beeping When I Plug Into Wall

Hello, im new here. When I plug my dell charger ( inspiron 9200 ) into the wall, it starts to beep, and it doesnt charge. Thanks in advance,

Not much you can do with a charger that don't charge . Buy a new one !
As long as your sure.
Before you spend any money , check the Dell website they recalled a ton of those , so depending on the model you might get one free.
P.S. Do Not leave it plugged in unattended. If it is on their list for recall, you should know that the " possibility of FIRE , during Use " is the reason for the recall.

even more common is a battery that doesn't charge. Your charger may not charge because your battery may not be holding a charge.

I had a cell phone whose charger went bad. I used a different one and it works fine now. The battery is in it's 3rd year and still works great.
