Cid Pop UP in my PC

Hi. I have a problem with a CiD pop UP.
If someone know what can I do to fix it, let me know.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

You`re running an outdated version of HJT and it hasn`t been renamed. You`re also running HJT from the wrong location.

Before going any further, follow the instructions HERE.

Then, do the following.

You might want to copy and paste these instructions into a notepad file. Then you can have the file open in safe mode, so you can follow the instructions easier.

Boot into safe mode, under your normal user name(NOT THE ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT). See how HERE.

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how HERE.

Open your task manager, by holding down the ctrl and alt keys and pressing the delete key.

Click on the processes tab and end process for(if there).

Ante Find.exe
bind hold bin.exe

Close task manager.

Run HJT with no other programmes open(except notepad). Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Support audio cool poll] C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\INTERNET SPAM SUPPORT AUDIO\Ante Find.exe

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Option iso] C:\DOCUME~1\editor\APPLIC~1\SPAM01~1\bind hold bin.exe

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Locate and delete the following bold files and/or folders(if there).

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\INTERNET SPAM SUPPORT AUDIO
C:\DOCUME~1\editor\APPLIC~1\SPAM01~1

Reboot into normal mode and rehide your protected OS files.

Download combofix.exe. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts. A window will open with a warning. Type "Y" (and Enter) to start the fix. When the scan completes it will open a text window. Please attach that log back here together with a fresh HJT log.

Caution - do not touch your mouse/keyboard until the scan has completed. The scan will temporarily disable your desktop, and if interrupted may leave your desktop disabled. If this occurs, please reboot to restore the desktop.

Combofix will automatically save the log file to C:\combofix.txt

Post a fresh HJT log as well as the Combofix log.

Thanks for your reply.
Ok, I was trying to boot in to a safe mode, but I think I have problem with windows and I have to repair some files corrupted or damaged. Anyway I started the computer normally and I tried to do all the steps you wrote.
And done!
I don't have any POP up when I open the internet explorer!!
Now I have to repair my PC.
Anyway I'm sending to you the hijack list and the combofix log.

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the code box below into it:
NOTE* make sure to only highlight and copy what is inside the quote box nothing out side of it.

Pay particular attention to this :-

Make sure the word File:: is on the first line of the text file you save (no blank line above it, & no space in front of it)

Save this as CFScript.txt

Then drag the CFScript.txt into ComboFix.exe as you see in the screenshot below.

This will start ComboFix again. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply together with a fresh HJT log.

All clean.

You can now delete HJT and Combofix, including the C:\Qoobox folder.

Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how HERE.

Now, turn system restore back on. This will have deleted all your old restore points and any nasties that are in them. It will also have created a new, clean restore point.
