Cleaning Process Complete - Please review logs

I posted a question yesterday wondering if I would get my user settings and control panel back. After the cleaning it appears these are back and working! However, System Restore will not start, the search feature on the Help screen launched from the start menu does not work, and the Properties / Settings on the Taskbar do not all work (group similar, show quicklaunch, icon size are some of the ones not working) and my date and time format settings under Regional & Language settings in the control panel were all changed..

Requested log files are attached. Panda found nothing. Please let me know if I need to take more action and how I can get the items listed above working correctly.

Since there was no response, I thought I would refresh my post. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the system restore and taskbar settings to work again? Or should I reinstall? Thanks.

Any suggestions? I have tried reinstalling System Restore and still get the same error after I reboot.
