    The instruction 0x7814514c referenced memory at 0x084dfdc0 could not be read.

    what are these ? i get them every now and then when closing windows media player, or during the work in mozilla firefox or when i try to play gears of war, or when i am playing cod2 and in some moment i just go whooops back in windows with that type of error...i get a lot of bsod's aswell...
    2 things, is it RAM or harddrive ? i've tested RAM with memtest but thats not reliable for checking the functionality of RAM...

    Sounds like faulty RAM. Memtest doesn't always detect faulty RAM like you said.

    Attach 3 minidumps.

    There in C:\\Windows\Minidump\

    Memtest is usually reliable,if you run it for enough passes.

    Especially when the errors are as frequent as yours.
