[Closed] Network access problem

The computer giving me trouble was infected by a virus, which was cleaned from the system (supposedly) by Norton's End Point product. Earlier today I did some scans with Malware Bytes and found a few more problems. I scanned and cleaned until it couldn't find anything anymore. I still have those logs.

Then I found Dolsen's post, and figured I start my own thread to see if I can join this party.

I have full internet access, I can ping over the LAN and WAN. I can go wherever I want online. I cannot access local network locations like file shares. I can print over the network, I can ping those devices by IP and by name.

Help!

If you would like us to check the system for malware, please follow these steps: Preliminary Virus and Malware Removal.

NOTE: If you already have any of the scanning programs on the computer, please remove them and download the versions in these links.

When you have finished, leave the logs for review in your next reply .
NOTE: Logs must be pasted in the replies. Attached logs will not be reviewed.

• Read my instructions carefully. If you don't understand or have a problem, ask me. Follow the order of the tasks I give you. Order is crucial in cleaning process.
• If you have questions, or if a program doesn't work, stop and tell me about it. Don't try to get around it yourself.
• File sharing programs should be uninstalled or disabled during the cleaning process..
• Observe these:

  [o] Don't download and install new programs- except those I give you.

I was hoping to have time to work on this, but I got pulled out of town and won't have a chance to pursue this project, probably ever again. Thanks for being willing to help, I'm outta here for now.
