Cn't Access hotmail

hey guys i really need yur help
i can't access into my hotmail for weeks
i can't seem to find anything wrong, i tried to get in via msn and the site itself but i couldnt' get thru
a site told me to delete all the cookies n files from the temp internet files, register a number of dll's, and some other stuff, i did them all and it din work....plz help me i'm so clueless
it'll always pop this page up when i tried to access it

How are you accessing the Internet?
Do you use a modem?
Do you use a network card/LAN/router?
Do you connect via VPN over DSL with a router?
And what exactly is your OS, W98, W2K or XP?

It seems that you are trying to connect through a caching proxy. Can you disable your proxy server or do you absolutely have to use it?

Karatheng is actually my friend. She uses a modem to connect to the internet. She is running XP in her PC. The problem occurs when she tries to open hotmail using Internet Explorer.

This normally leads yo to the following website:
http://login.passport.net/uilogin.srf?id=2

Try either of them. Also check with your webmaster if he has blocked Hotmail (has been known to happen).

i posted a thread the other day to reply to this thread i started but today i checked n i guess it din't worked.
anyway what i wanted to say was that thankz for helping, and merry chrismas

i could access my hotmail the day after i posted the earlier thread, but after that i couldn't access it again but today i could again!! so altogether i accessed my hotmail twice
