codec advice....

Hi,

I have a bit of a project on the go and wondered if anyone had any advice?
Im putting together a small kit (laptop + bits) so i can access IP direct anywhere without having to go through a hub/server etc...
I have found these http://www.nera.no/844AED60C2F14035...00054A93D.shtml
to give me my connection, and if i double them up im getting 128kbps. Poor i know.
I left another thread on a hardware section, seeing if there was anyway i could up the bandwidth of the connection, but the other area i can look at is the compression i use (im trying to stream Video over these.).
Essentially i have 128kbps go work with and need as good quality video as possible (also must be stable). Anyone have ideas about codecs / encryption software i could use?
Appreciate your help.
cheers

For video streaming VLC is a really good (free) program. It comes with some free generic codecs. If you want the best compression then you have to install your own codec.
