Command Prompt wont open! (Used by another program!)

Hey,

Problem with command prompt and task manager. Command prompt tells me it is being used by another program, and task manager doesn't open at all!

Please check my hijack this log and tell me what to do!!

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.


Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
