    Well I found 3

    C:\WINDOWS\mrofinu1000106.exe
    C:\Program Files\xInsIDE\xInsIDE.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\Lg\command.exe

    And there's probably more.

Obviously Norton did not protect you. (Personnally I say remove it once, all is Ok again)

    Anyway you MUST run:

    Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions

    these are bad programs:

    C:\WINDOWS\mrofinu1000106.exe

    C:\Program Files\xInsIDE\xInsIDE.exe

    C:\Program Files\Router\Router.exe

    these can be deleted
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [xInsIDE] C:\Program Files\xInsIDE\xInsIDE.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [LTMSG] LTMSG.exe 7
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [runner1] C:\WINDOWS\mrofinu1000106.exe 61A847B5BBF72813329B385772FF01F0B3E35B6638993F4661AA4EBD86D67C56389B284534F310
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Router] C:\Program Files\Router\Router.exe

O23 - Service: Command Service (cmdService) - Unknown owner C:\WINDOWS\Lg\command.exe
this one is suspect but I can't prove it
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [b4907ae9] rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\copourqy.dll",b
