Command service - help

can some one please assist me with removing this virus its making my computer extremely slow and often freezes for up to 10mins at a time. I've included my hijackthis log

Well I found 3

C:\WINDOWS\mrofinu1000106.exe
C:\Program Files\xInsIDE\xInsIDE.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Lg\command.exe

And there's probably more.

Obviously Norton did not protect you. (Personnally I say remove it once, all is Ok again)

Anyway you MUST run:

Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions
