    I used one for over 4 years.

    To answer your question, i guess it was THE pc of it's day but it's was a very very long time ago.

    Commodore 64 and Commodore PET series are two different things. C64 was for gaming while PET were more PC-like.

    that marvelous macj=hine does bring back memories, i used to have a pc the size of a shed and it had about the same power as a calculator, the commadore 64 was the coolest thing back in it's day thats why i ended up buying both versions
