  1. ok i recently just bought my new mobo and cpu, well everytime i run IE or try to play a game the program crashes. also when ever i install xp or such i get the OOBE error, so it does'nt let me activate it or anything. ive ran mem test and everything is good, ive tried win 98, 98se, xp home and pro and server 2k3 all does the same, i have also install redhat 9 and it crashes upon install. so i know its a hardware issue but i have took everything off except video card and i have replaced it twice, still same thing, i have update bios to the 2/17/2003 verision thats the latest i could find, if anyone else finds one newer it would be greatly appricated. any ideas??

Are you sure the Athlon XP processors are supported by your motherboard?
