Comp resets when I play games?

Well, i play runescape, and a few private clients, other games etc.
and anyways like 20mins through my comp just shuts off and starts beeping.
I'm not very computer savy so I only know the basics.So could someone PLZ post a step-to-step guide for me

Sounds like your system CPU or video card is overheating. Take a side off your computers case and play the games that way. Take a look and see if the fans are running and that they are not covered with dust
