Comp running terribly slow - hijackthis

    My computer is running very slow, i checked for virus and spyware and my computer looks clean. I just got a hijackthis report. Please tell me what i should doo

    turn off norton...

    norton is notorious in eating up resources, and its not that good anyways.

    Make up your mind, which AV you want. I would advise F-Secure and completely uninstall Norton.
    You can NOT have 2 AV programs running at the same time.
    Without Norton, your system will run quite a bit better.
