Compaq:Ipaq CP-2w: Azureus Problem

Hello all,
I have a Mac OS X 10.4.9 with a static IP address. I'm able to access the internet with my static IP address.

And my computer is wired to a compaq-ipaq router.

I set up the port forwarding in the router as per the instructions given in the following link:

But, Azureus is still throwing the NAT error (Connection Error- connection attempt to xxxxxx aborted: timed out after 20 sec) and I can only see *BLUE* smileys.

Can anyone help me with the configuration?
