Compeat Advantage basic editing for accounts

I'm using compeat advantage to enter all of my companies inventory, waste etc. I have tried to get in contact with the support team of the developers but cannot get any info for a basic question because I use my bosses computer. I do not know the log in information. since they cannot answer a simple question I will ask here. Does anyone know how to edit the list of inventory items? By that I mean, how can I change the order in which they appear on the valuation counts sheet. Anyone familiar with this software, who can help me will be much appreciated.
