I completed the 8 steps and attached the malware log. Can you please analyze it and let me know what to do next.

Yes run the others from th 8 Steps.

SAS and HJT logs.

Then run MBAM again (Quick scan) as it had findings that need to be confirmed gone attach (hopefully clean) log!

Go step by step. Update and run Malwarebytes again. Follow with SuperAntispyware, then the HijackThis program. Attach all three logs.
