I recently reinstalled windows xp about a month or so ago. It is recently restarting for no reason at all. I'll be reading things online, listening to music, and it just restarts. when it boots back up, i get no option to boot into safemode and i get not messages saying "windows recovered from a serious system error". It's as if my computer never knew it was on.
I am also having many programs crash for no specific reason. Firefox will crash while doing nothing. I notice the most crashes while playering Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, (as a side note, it runs at about 5 fps unless i disable my internet connection).
I also had all of my settings in firefox reset for no reason, but i don't know if this is rellivent.
