Browsing the web.
Photoshop will get some use...but not much.
No gaming.

Basically I'm looking for a computer that has a decent processor for fast web browsing. I have high quality cable so that's not the problem. The computer I'm using now is around seven years old so It's time to upgrade.

I'd like to keep the cost as low as possible $500 or less should be plenty for what I'm asking.

About 160GB of storage is plenty. I would like 3GB of ram and a CD/DVD Burner. And for the operating system I would like Windows 7 32 or 64-bit is fine.

Any advice on what to get?

Thanks for the quick reply. I was actually looking for a pre-built desktop. And it not only has to be able to just browse the web but it needs to do it efficiently (I've already got a good ISP).

I would not suggest a pre-built system unless you're convinced you can't put one together yourself. What I recommended should do everything efficiently apart from gaming and heavy content creation. In fact I could recommend a PSU + Case + Graphics Card with that system and keep it at the $500 mark.
